TREASURE ISLAND – YERBA BUENA FERRY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets and Passes Required for Boarding.
Each passenger must have their own ticket or monthly pass with QR code visible when boarding the vessel. Tickets and passes may be used at either the Treasure Island or Ferry Building departure location. At the time of boarding, you may display the QR code on your smart phone or on a paper printout. All paper printouts are surrendered during boarding. Tickets and passes do not guarantee a seat on a specific trip, nor do they reserve particular seats. All trips and seating are first come, first served, with a maximum capacity per trip of 48 passengers.

Posted arrival and departure times may change, please check the ferry website for the current schedule.
Fares.
Fares are for travel between the Treasure Island ferry landing and the San Francisco Ferry Building.
One-Way ticket: $5.00
Round trip ticket: $10.00
Monthly Pass (30 days): $150.00
Children under 5 years: FREE
Tickets and passes can be purchased as follows:

On Board: Pay on the ferry with credit card, Apple pay, Google pay, or cash.
Tickets and passes purchased online will be sent via confirmation email with a QR code.
NOTE: CLIPPER CARDS AND VOUCHERS FROM OTHER TRANSIT OPERATORS OR TOUR/SIGHTSEEING COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON THE TREASURE ISLAND-YERBA BUENA ISLAND FERRY.
Ticket Expiration.
Tickets expire one year from the printed purchase date.
Monthly Pass Expiration.
Monthly passes expire thirty (30) days from the date printed on the pass.
All Sales are Final; No Refunds.
All sales are final. Not for exchange, resale or transfer. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
Schedules; Arrival and Departure Times May Vary.
Schedules are posted online at www.tisf.com/schedule and at the Treasure Island ferry terminal and at Gate B of the San Francisco Ferry Building. Schedules are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel or change service, including vessel departure and arrival times and the vessel used without prior notice or compensation. Posted arrival and departure times may change, please check the ferry website for the current schedule.
Passenger Code of Conduct.
Please respect the following code of conduct while riding the Treasure Island - Yerba Buena Island Ferry:
Everyone needs to pay their fair share. Please pay your fare.
Ferry customers without tickets should arrive at the terminal at least 10 minutes prior to departure time.
No selling or solicitation.
Smoking, including "vaping" or electronic cigarettes ("e-cigarettes"), is not allowed anywhere onboard the ferry, or in ferry terminals.
Don't be a litter bug. Clean up after yourself.
Restricted areas, including the pilothouse, are off-limits to passengers.
Weapons, firearms, explosives, flammable materials, or corrosive liquids cannot be brought onboard.
Please listen to music or media devices only with headphones or earphones.
Keep cell phone conversation to a minimum.
Don't get separated from your belongings.
Passengers are limited to one seat each. Do not place pets or personal items on unoccupied seats.
No panhandling.
The Treasure Island-Yerba Buena Island Ferry reserves the right to refuse service or remove passengers from a vessel, event, or premises if determined to be necessary for appropriate safety reasons; if they cause discomfort, inconvenience, or annoyance to other passengers, crew members or agents; or if their behavior is deemed to be intimidating or disruptive, or to threaten safety, good order, or discipline.
Health and Wellness Protocols.
The Treasure Island - Yerba Buena Island Ferry follows all Federal, State and Local regulations regarding the health and wellness of passengers and crew. The following protocols may be in place and, if so, compliance is required:
Masks may be required to be worn at all times.
Social distancing may be required.
Seats may be marked as “Do Not Sit” to ensure social distancing.
Proof of vaccination or booster shots may be required to be shown to crew members prior to boarding the vessel.
Accessibility.
Passengers in wheelchairs should notify crew prior to boarding so that they can receive assistance.
Passengers in seats designated for people with disabilities and/or seniors must yield the seat to a disabled person or senior on request.
Bicycles.
Bicycles are welcome on the ferry at no extra cost. A maximum of 6 bicycles are allowed per trip. Bicycles will be stored outside and the Treasure Island-Yerba Buena Island Ferry assumes no responsibility for damage to or loss of the bicycle. Customers who intend to board with a bicycle may need to carry it up or down a flight of stairs to embark/disembark. Bicycles are accepted on a first come, first served basis, up to a maximum capacity of six (6) bicycles per trip. Folding bikes are permitted. They must be stowed under a seat or in another location deemed safe by onboard crew. They should be stowed in an appropriate carry-on bag. The following conditions and restrictions apply:
Electric scooters are allowed, but the scooter must be powered off and the handle retracted for easy storage
On-board charging of any electronic mobility device is prohibited.
No gasoline powered bicycles, motorcycles or mopeds are allowed on board. Bikes and scooters must be stored in crew-designated areas and never allowed to block walkways, exits, or doorways.
Segways are not permitted on board unless they are a required mobility aid for a disabled user.
Pets
Pets are allowed only if they are in (and remain in, for the duration of the trip) a handheld kennel or an airline-approved carrier. Comfort animals are considered "pets" for purposes of these rules.
Pets (with or without leashes) may not be let out of the kennel or carrier when on-board. Pets brought on-board must be non-disruptive (i.e., no barking, growling, constant whimpering, etc.).
Service Animals
Service animals and animals undergoing service animal training must remain in the control of their owners at all times on a leash or harness.
Lost and Found, or any other questions or comments, shall be directed to TIFerry@goprop.com. Any emails will be responded to in a timely manner.
Warnings. Ticket holders assume all risk of danger and injury. No suit, action, or proceeding against the Treasure Island-Yerba Buena Island Ferry, PropSF, LLC or its parent, affiliates or contractors, vessels, agents, crew or employees of any of the foregoing entities, shall be maintainable for loss of life of bodily injury to any passenger unless written notice of claim be delivered to PropSF, LLC within six months from the date of incident. No civil action against the Treasure Island-Yerba Buena Island Ferry, PropSF, LLC or its parents, affiliates or contractors, vessels, agents, crew or employees of any of the foregoing entities may be brought more than one year after the occurrence if based on personal injury or death. It is agreed by and between the passengers and PropSF, LLC that all disputes and matters, whatsoever, including, but not limited, to those involving personal injury or death of a passenger, which arise under, in connection with or incidental to the ticket or the voyage shall be adjudicated, if at all, in and before a court of competent jurisdiction located in the state of California to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code § 2280, interfering with the safe navigation of a vessel or assaulting a crew member may result in 5 years in prison and $50,000 in fines.
Privacy Policy
PROPSF, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us,” or "PROPSF"), which operates the Treasure Island – Yerba Buena Island Ferry (“TI Ferry”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy ("Policy"). This Policy governs your use of PROPSF’s general website, accessible at www.goprop.com and www.propsf.net. This Policy discloses our collection of information through any use of the Site. By accessing or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and use of information as set forth in this Policy.
Collection And Use Of Personal Information For The Site
We may collect personal information from you when you choose to use certain features of the Site. You provide this personal information, if at all, on a voluntary basis. We use this information to implement the features and provide the services or information requested.
For example, information received through the “Contact Us” page located at https://www.propsf.net/contact-prop provides, may be used for the purposes of soliciting feedback and responding to that feedback, as well as for the general purpose of improving the services that we provide. Correspondence, including any personal information such as names and e-mail addresses, submitted will not be shared with any third parties.
PROPSF does not share the personal information you provide with third parties, except when required by law or where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our terms of use or other agreements, or to protect ourselves or others.
We Respect Do Not Track
Some web browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar features that allow you to tell each website you visit that you do not want your activities on that website tracked. We respect Do Not Track if you have selected this option in your browser.
Children
The Site is a general-audience website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you should not and may not provide any information to us through or on the Site. If you are an adult and find that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us, and we will work to rectify the situation.
International
This Policy is intended to cover the collection of information through the Site from residents of the United States. If you are not a resident of the United States or are visiting our website from outside the United States, and submit any of your personal information through the Site, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States.
